  • Depending on the package chosen 2-3 coaching sessions with my at my private gym delivered in a multi client coaching format (1-3 per spot) so that results are maxmised
  • Creation of your training programs using my most effective methods to achieve results for all abilities and experience levels.
  • Detailed nutritional programme providing specific frameworks that teach you the calories and macros you need to follow for YOUR body and YOUR results
  • Progress tracking with weekly weight and progress check-ins with your CMP coach
  • Access to the my app so that you have the support and programs you need to be successful OUTSIDE of your PT sessions
  • Progress tracking with weight and progress check-ins weekly to provide the accountability that's needed to achieve results.
  • Access to The Portal - the CMP education system so that you have all the knowledge needed to be successful long term
  • Access to 1000's of recipe guides and meal ideas from Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Small Plates, Side Dishes, Snacks, Treats and Desserts!

A Combination of PT and Online Coaching. Perfect For Those Who Are Confident In Gym and Can Follow Programs Alongside Personal Training.

  • You’ll Train 4x Per Week, 2x Session Per Week With Me Personally (Available at CMP Tuesday and Thursday - 7-11am only) Delivered in A Multi Client Coaching Format (1-3 Clients Per Appointment Spot). The Rest By Yourself Following Your Programs In My App.
