Sadly the standards of personal training and barrier for entry are very low in commercial gyms. Here you will be working with an expert team known for producing some of the best body transformation results in the U.K. We’ll go beyond what you’ve experienced with gyms, PT’s and diets.

Each client is fully assessed upon starting their transformation program where we will set realistic and achievable targets which we will set in 12 week blocks. This does not mean that every journey will be 12 weeks, many will need more time. We will build on these to your dream result as we continue to work together.

Our expert coaching programs have so far helped over 1000 people transform their body and fitness results and we’re one of the U.K.’s leading personal training businesses. With that in mind, our services are going to be at a higher investment figure than working with regular personal trainers in commercial gyms where expertise and service is in scare supply. You can expect to pay £20-30 for newly qualified trainer at low cost gyms like Pure Gym and between £35-45 at a gym like Virgin or Nuffield Health. This will not include working with an expert coach, won’t include personalised nutrition and won’t be results driven. Our programs are built on including everything you need to be successful. Depending on location, these start from £350 / 4 weekly cycle scaling upwards for a minimum of 12 weeks. The package that is right for you will be discussed in full during your consultation call.
