Meet josie

Josie had tried everything to lose weight, from slimming world to fad diets and by going to the gym without ever seeing long term results.

Losing weight was an uphill battle, littered with stop start attempts and a frustrating experience of losing weight only to gain it back again.

So far, working with CMP, Josie has lost 66lbs, multiple dress sizes and is the lightest and happiest shes been in her adult life.

Meet becky

Personal Trainer, Becky, came into coaching needing accountability and more expertise to achieve her dream goal of a photoshoot.

However, at just 35 had been told that she required a full hip replacement due to a pre existing illness. Being frustrated, unhappy and lacking belief, Becky came into coaching unsure that she’d ever reach her goals.

Meet carolyn

Mum of three, Carolyn, came into coaching at a low ebb. She was the heaviest and most unhappy that she’d ever been and was completely stuck.

She’d go to the gym but get frustrated at a lack of results and had also started avoiding social occasions because of how she felt about her body. The menopause had hit too which meant that she was gaining even more weight!

Coming into CMP as a complete beginner to weight training, Carolyn was nervous but ready for change and here she stands having lost 42lbs in weight in a professional photoshoot to capture her amazing journey.

Meet gayner

Nurse, Gayner, came into coaching having tried personal trainers, online programs and gyms all without success but desperate to be pain free and happy in her body.

Suffering with lower back pain and debilitating migraines, Gayner needed an expert approach to build her into her fitness program slowly and in a tailored way to factor in these issues.
