“I’ve tried for years to gain strength and size but always struggled to see any changes. Until now!

Hi jim, Would you like to introduce yourself?

Hi, I’m Jim. A dentist from Sheffield. I’ve been a client at CMP for the last 14 months!

Why did you reach out to work with CMP, what were your initial goals?

Basically i needed structure and motivation in my workout routines. With a busy job i’ve always found it difficult to get to the gym but hand’t seen results when i did stick to a routine. Basically, i’d been trying to build muscle for years but always struggled to put weight on.

What were the motivating factors in wanting to achieve these goals?

I’ve found myself to be a ‘hard gainer’ and have always struggled to put on muscle mass. I’ve always been active by going to the gym and playing tennis but with work i also wasn’t ever in a consistent routine.

From working with CMP i also realised that i didn’t appreciate how important nutrition was when bulky and trying to gain size. I’d eat what i thought was ‘right’ but never built size or the physique io wanted. This was my major goal in coming to CMP, i was fed up of going round in circles and needed direction.

Can you tell us about the results that you’ve achieved with us?

Of course, everything that i wanted to achieve and more has finally happened! I’ve been with CMP for well over a year and in that time i’ve learnt how to ‘lean build’ which is a process of gaining muscle but minimizing body fat gain which then lead me onto a diet phase for a photoshoot!

I’m a different person physically and mentally because of the training and results i’m seeing with CMP.

And what impact has this had on your day-to-day life?

Massive, i don’t make the mistakes in the gym that i used to anymore and i’m way more educated with nutrition. My overall general wellbeing has improved massively, as has my confidence. I also used to suffer with lower back problems but since training smarter, this has vastly improved!

What’s been the biggest thing you’ve learnt from working with us?from working with us?

That consistency is key in both training and nutrition but prioritising both and making it part of your daily routine is even more important.

what would you say to anyone thinking of joining cmp?

Don’t think about it, just do it. They’re the best at what they do and i’d recommend them to anyone!
