Hi gayner, Would you like to introduce yourself?
Yes! I’m Gayner, 46 years young! I’m a Mum to three grown up children and i work as an NHS Nurse caring for term and preterm babies and their families.
Why did you reach out to work with CMP, what were your initial goals?
I had tried many different diets, fitness plans and more which all claimed to achieve life changing results but always fell back into old habits and regained more weight back than i’d lost.
Not only that but getting older wasn’t good for the waistline! I needed a lifestyle change and not a quick fix this time.
When i saw CMP, i was very skeptical but with the number of results i was seeing i decided to give them a go. And thank god that i did! My initial goal was to lose weight and improve my fitness.
I’d got out of the habit of regular exercise because of my back and felt defeated in losing weight.
What were the motivating factors in wanting to achieve these goals?
I felt low in my daily mood and completely fed up with how i looked.
My biggest problem area was my stomach, which i found harder and harder to lose weight from as i got older.
Not only that, with constant headaches and migraines i always felt sick and exhausted.
I needed help but knew that i couldn’t do what i’d always done because nothing had really worked.

Can you tell us about the results that you’ve achieved with us?
I’m amazed. The results that i’ve achieved with CMP are so much better than i expected and i’m surprised and how quickly i’ve got into a body shape that i’ve never had before!
My overall health has improved, headaches are few and far between which i think is down to eating much better and i’m fitter than ever before. I had another goal of climbing Kilimanjaro but put it off repeated because of how i felt and how unfit i was.
I’ve lost over 2 stones in weight, a brand new wardrobe of clothes and fitness has become a part of my life. It’s something that i now do and is part of my routine rather than being something that’s a chore or something that i’m not motivated to make time for.
What’s been the biggest thing you’ve learnt from working with us?from working with us?
That having a coach works wonders for me. I think one of the key things missing was having not just someone to guide me and tell me what to do but also someone to keep me accountable. Also, that small changes have a bigger impact longer term. I didn’t come with a goal of getting into photoshoot shape, that happened through being set constant targets and believing that i could achieve.
What would you say to anyone thinking of joining cmp?
Just do it. It’s the best decision that i’ve ever made.
In fact my only regret is that i didn’t find CMP sooner.
