Our personal training programs are created around the client in order to achieve the very best results.


It is our personal training expert programs that allow us to create the most appropriate systems for fatloss, building muscle and improving health and fitness.

The nutritional systems that our clients follow are flexible, which allows you to pick the foods that you enjoy and follow a framework built around your goals. 


Our job is to teach you the importance of nutrition so that your exercise program and diet go hand in hand for results.

Your CMP personal trainer will be on hand to guide you, educate you and motivate you towards the results you truly want. 


You'll achieve more on the gym floor than you thought you could and you'll have the accountability needed to stay on track.
