Try Giant Sets For Huge Fat Loss Results

Today i am going to share with you one of my favourite
and most secret weight training methods to help you
shed fat fast and tone up your tummy.

Giant sets.

and as the name of the system implies, you’re going to
be doing more than one exercise in a row.

I first came across a variation of what i am about to share with you,
around eight years ago when learning from leading strength coach, Charles
Poliquin as i studied his methods during class

And then again years later as i learned from Serbian bodybuilder,
Milos ‘The Mind’ Sarcev who popularized this method for being able to
add slabs of muscle to top pros

(imagine being made to do 17 different leg exercises back to back without rest)

And so i adapted it a little to be more suitable and effective for
you, someone who is looking to lose weight and tone up.

Now the benefits of Giant sets are that you’re going to be doing a lot
of WORK in little time which is going to increase your heart rate, burn
more calories during exercise and it’s going to stimulate large muscle groups
that will help us jack up hormones that help us build muscle and lose fat.

And so, it’s VERY effective and also means you don’t have be in the gym for
a long time to get the results that you want.

So let’s take a look at the program, and if this is your first time doing
giant sets then we’ll start with a beginner approach.

A1. Incline Dumbbell Chest Press

A2. Hack Squats

A3. Underhand Pulldowns

A4. Trap Bar Deadlift from Blocks

Go for four rounds with just 60s rest inbetween giant sets and start your rep ranges
at anywhere between 8 and 15 reps per exercise.

BUT THIS IS NOT CIRCUIT TRAINING.

Each exercise should be taken to the point at which the last few reps are very challenging
before you move onto the next exercises.

and, you should be looking to increase the weights that you lift overtime as you progress
with the program.

Plus, we can also add to the program as your weight starts to drop, you get fitter and feel
more confident pushing yourself

Now that’s got to be better than an hour on the crosstrainer, right?

30 minutes of exercise to spark your fat burning fire?

And in my experience this works very well at help both Men and Women lose weight, tone up and even build muscle.

Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.

==== The Drawbacks of Giant Set Training ====

There is now doubt that giant set training works and using it has helped me produced
a lot of body transformations

But, i’m aware that you don’t have a private gym like i do where i can train my clients in the most effective ways for results.

And so that will probably mean that doing Giant sets in the way that you’d need to would be very difficult indeed when training from a commercial gym at times.

But if you do happen to be able to give them a go, try and you’ll see their power.
