Chelsea’s 12 Week Body Transformation
Busy Mum of three gets her pre baby body back in 12 weeks.
Now i’ve got to say this before you read on….
I don’t believe that new Mums should put more pressure on themselves to lose weight after giving birth.
And although the changes that happen in your body can be tough to take BUT it shouldn’t make you want to lose weight by crash dieting, using fat burners or doing anything that could be harmful to your health.
And so when Chelsea came to see me we set up a diet where she would be eating 3 – 4 times per day and strength training 3x per week alongside being a very active Mum running around after the kids.
So what were the results in just 12 weeks?!
- A flatter and more toned stomach
- More lean muscle mass
- Less body fat!
