5 Reasons You Shouldn’t Lose Weight

Really,

Yes.

You shouldn't lose weight, forget about it.

Especially when you've read the five reasons why losing weight
is pretty pointless.

1. You have to buy a WHOLE NEW wardrobe.

I mean sure, you've lost weight and you're finally happy
with your shape but think of the cost of buying new clothes
alone.

Staying the same weight and size is economic.

2. You'll turn heads everywhere you go.

Who likes attention and being admired? no thanks.

and those people who haven't seen you in ages who can't
believe the transformation you've made and how great you
look. Urgh, pain in the ass.

I'd rather stay out of shape.

3. You'll be full of energy.

I like mid afternoon naps and needing coffee to get
me through the day.

In fact, i look forward to 3pm when i'm having to keep my
eyes open with matchsticks. Save your energy, blurgh.

4. You'll have more confidence and less self doubt.

I like the battle of not knowing how to get into shape,
i like looking in the mirror and wanting to change anything.

Confidence, smonfidence.

5. You'll no longer diet (if you've done it our way)

Who doesn't like losing weight and then gaining it all back
again?

I do, it's like a rollercoaster. And i like rollercoasters.

One minute you're up, next you're down, then you're back up again.

You never know what's going to happen. I like that.

So you see,

If you do lose weight then you will have to deal with the consequences of
all those benefits.

What a hardship eh?
